The Dopamine box
Would you like to help your dog develop more calmness, focus, and confidence in a way that’s based on cooperation rather than control?
During this 5-week course, you’ll learn step by step how to work with
the Dopamine Box: a simple yet powerful method where your dog learns through curiosity, discovery, and making their own choices.
In this course, we explore how a relatively simple exercise that can engage your dog's brain in a different way. The Dopamine Box is not about tricks, perfect behaviour, or quick results. It is about curiosity, motivation, and your dog's ability to discover solutions independently.
Dogs are natural explorers. Their brains are designed to search, discover, and make connections. When we engage that natural system appropriately, we often see a dog become involved in the task, persist in trying, and enjoy the process of discovery.

What is the dopamine box?
The Dopamine Box is a training method that uses a simple box to stimulate natural searching and exploratory behaviour. By allowing the dog to investigate and experience small successes, we activate the brain's seeking system, which is associated with dopamine, curiosity, motivation, and learning.
This course is very good for dogs that are anxious, nervous & reactive.
